Custom Staffing is seeking an experienced Bumper line Press Operator to work on large presses. Located in Sidney, Ohio
.
- 3rd shift: 9:55pm-6am Sunday through Thursday
- Overtime:
Must be willing to work overtime as needed (including weekends when required)
- Operating large metal stamping presses
- Monitoring production for safety, quality, and efficiency
- Performing basic troubleshooting and adjustments
- Following strict safety procedures, including lockout/tagout
- Metal stamping press operation experience OR strong mechanical experience required
(Examples: professional experience working on vehicles or other mechanical equipment) - Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn complex processes
- These are critical roles that require reliability, skill, and a strong mechanical background.
- Reliable with strong attendance
- This is a highly skilled area that can take 6+ months to fully learn
- Candidates who do not meet qualifications may be considered for entry-level roles
