Build What Powers the Future of Flight, Defense, and Space
We are seeking a Senior CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer with advanced Siemens NX (Unigraphics) CAM programming experience to support complex aerospace manufacturing programs. This role focuses on 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC programming, machining strategy, and process engineering for tight-tolerance aerospace components.
This position requires the ability to reliably commute to the work location. Relocation assistance is not available.
Why This Role MattersThis is a true engineering ownership position—not a support role. You will define how complex aerospace components are manufactured from concept through production, directly influencing quality, efficiency, and manufacturability.
What Great Looks Like Here- You don’t just edit programs—you build them from scratch
- You understand machining behavior, not just toolpaths
- You thrive solving real problems on the shop floor
- You’ve worked in high-precision or aerospace environments
- Create toolpaths, machining strategies, and optimized cutting parameters
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T
- Select tooling, determine speeds/feeds, and define machining processes
- Support simulation, prove‑outs, and troubleshooting on the shop floor
- Improve cycle times, machining efficiency, and process reliability
- Create setup sheets, documentation, and process instructions
- Support AS9100 aerospace quality and manufacturing standards
- 5+ years of CNC programming experience (3-axis minimum)
- Strong proficiency with Siemens NX / Unigraphics
- Ability to build programs from scratch
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials
- Solid GD&T and blueprint reading skills
- Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
- Experience with Mastercam or AutoCAD
- ERP/MRP system exposure
- Work on high-impact aerospace and defense programs
- Advanced CNC machining technology and metrology systems
- Strong focus on Lean manufacturing and Industry 4.0 transformation
- Collaborative, high-performance engineering culture
If you want to work on programs that matter—and bring aerospace components from concept to precision production—this is your opportunity.
