Job Overview
We are seeking dependable, safety-conscious team members for a hybrid manufacturing and warehouse role in our Trim Sheet department at our Sidney, OH facility. This full‑time, permanent position balances hands‑on manufacturing tasks with active warehouse material handling.
Shifts & PayPay rate: $21.50
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Training required on 1st shift before transitioning to permanent off‑shift schedules.
- Warehouse Operation:
Safely drive a forklift to pick, move, stage, and consolidate product orders throughout the warehouse. - Production Support:
Assist with all aspects of trim sheet coil production, packaging, and machine operation. - SOP Compliance:
Read, understand, and strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every assigned task. - Quality & Documentation:
Perform quality checks and complete required paperwork, including production records, product labels, and manifest transactions, in a legible and accurate manner. - Safety & Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized workspace, eliminate safety hazards immediately, and manage generated waste properly.
- Active forklift certification.
- Prior experience as a warehouse order selector using RF scanners or digital inventory manifests.
- Strong team‑player attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School diploma.

Experience:
Active, proven experience operating a forklift and picking warehouse orders is mandatory. - Manufacturing
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in manufacturing or as a machine operator. - Physical Capabilities:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually (both above shoulder height and below the waist), alongside extensive standing, walking, bending, and reaching. - Basic Literacy & Math:
Must be able to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations as required by the job duties. - Equipment Safety:
Ability to safely use personal protective equipment, overhead cranes, tuggers, carts, and hand tools.
