Location: Sidney, OH Facility (LeRoi - 211 E Russell Rd. Sidney, OH 45365)
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm)
Pay: Starting rate at $20.00 per hour

Position Summary: The Material Handler / Parts Picker is responsible for accurately picking, staging, and delivering materials to support production operations. This role ensures production lines receive the correct materials on time while maintaining inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and safe material handling practices.
Key Responsibilities- Pick, stage, and deliver materials to support production schedules.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and inventory locations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and complete material transactions within SAP.
- Load, unload, move, and store materials safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Support shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and inventory control activities.
- Read work instructions, labels, and production documents.
- Communicate material shortages, damaged materials, and inventory concerns.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or material handling experience.
- Forklift operation experience.
- SAP or inventory management system experience.
- Experience supporting production environments.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Safety-conscious and dependable.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
