Copeland is hiring a Production Team Member for the 1st shift in Sidney, OH. You will support the assembly of compressors, condensing units, and sub-assemblies, following ISO 9001 standards and safety rules.
You will read instructions, operate hand and power tools, test and package finished products, and document activities. Ideal candidates are at least 18, able to lift 30 lbs, and willing to work any shift with overtime as needed.
