Job Details---------
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES- Read and interpret manufacturing blueprints and drawings
- Set up new production orders on press equipment
- Adjust tooling and press settings to meet part specifications
- Run production orders through completion
- Perform in‑process checks to ensure parts meet quality standards
- Use basic metrology tools to verify dimensions
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
- 4pm to 4:30am Monday
- Thursday
- Education:
High School diploma required - Experience:
Minimum 5 years of press operation or closely related manufacturing experience - Technical
Skills: - Strong blueprint reading ability
- Experience setting up and adjusting tooling
- Operation of basic metrology instruments (calipers, micrometers, rulers, height gauges)
- Math
Skills:
Ability to work with decimals, fractions, and basic formulas - Language:
Fluent in English with ability to interpret manufacturing documentation - Problem Solving:
Able to troubleshoot production issues independently - Physical Requirements:
- Standing, walking, bending throughout shift
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
- Strong visual acuity and attention to detail
