First Shift 6am-2:30pm

• Operate bending equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality products.
• Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
• Conduct quality inspections and process control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate product identification, production documentation, and scrap accountability.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and compliant with safety and 5S standards.

Required Education/

Experience:

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and follow write and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift 20-50 pounds frequently throughout the shift.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Preferred Skills/

Qualifications:

• Experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to make minor machine offset adjustments and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of quality standards, specifications, and process control checks.
• Bility to multitask and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
