Shifts Available and
Hours:
First Shift 6am-2:30pm
What you will be doing- Operate bending equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality products.
- Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Conduct quality inspections and process control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain accurate product identification, production documentation, and scrap accountability.
- Keep the work area clean, organized and compliant with safety and 5S standards.
Required Education/
Experience:
- High school diploma/GED.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and follow write and verbal instructions.
- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds frequently throughout the shift.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Preferred Skills/
Qualifications:
- Experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to make minor machine offset adjustments and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of quality standards, specifications, and process control checks.
- Bility to multitask and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
