Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
ScheduleNight shift, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00) with rotating weekends and holidays.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. This role involves providing exceptional care to patients in labor and post-partum settings. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Labor Delivery and Post-Partum care for both mother and baby, alongside the necessary licensure and certifications.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Monitor and assess mothers and newborns throughout the labor and post-partum periods.
- Document patient care in the charting system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Must have an active Ohio Nursing License.
- 2+ years of experience in Labor Delivery and Post-Partum care preferred.
- Certifications:
NRP, BLS, EFM required (ACLS and STABLE preferred).
