Registered Nurse - Supervisor/Charge Nurse for Med Surg and ER
Location: Hamburg, IA
Specialty: ER
Position Type: Travel
Contract Length: 14 - 26 weeks
Pay: $1963 - $2365 |
Shift: 3x12 Nights (7p-7a)
- Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff in Med Surg and ER.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Participate in staff training and development.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Current RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
- Experience in OB/Newborn Stabilization is a plus.
- Need 2 years experience in setting.
