Provide daily resident and patient care in accordance with nursing procedures and as instructed by the Charge Nurse;
Maintain the Plan of Care for residents/patients;
Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, elimination, comfort and safety, ambulation, lifting, skin care, nutrition, and hydration;
Observe and report pressure areas and skin breakdown; assist with nursing treatments as required;
Attend care conferences and departmental meetings; contribute observations to improve quality and efficiencies
