Schwan’s Company in Salina, KS, is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Manager to oversee FSQ and sanitation at the world’s largest pizza plant, home to Red Baron and Tony’s brands. You’ll ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, HACCP, FSMA, and SSP.
Lead HACCP coordinator, PCQI, regulatory liaison, drive continuous improvement, manage documentation on SharePoint, and coordinate training. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies is required.
