Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience at every visit. Depending on your skills, you could become a Department Manager, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management. You will set goals, delegate tasks to team members, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.

Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players who like to work hard, have fun, and embrace the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
