Triad-Technologies-LL is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to assist Parker Store customers via in-store, email, and phone. This role involves maintaining inventory, providing daily direction to support staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a retail environment.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a high school diploma, and the ability to perform physical tasks related to inventory management. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with Prophet
21 software are preferred.
