Troubleshoot and repair equipment including 18 twin screw extruder lines, pneumatics, hydraulics, hydraulic presses, molding machines, plastic processing equipment, hoppers, a Yaskawa robot, push/pull conveyor lines, thermocouples, safety relays, load cells, and plastic heaters;
Perform electrical troubleshooting and repair tasks with 480V systems;
Work with Allen Bradley PLC controls and integrated HMIs for equipment management;
Execute reactive maintenance based on CMMS work orders;
Communicate effectively with the maintenance lead and team to manage work distribution
