Ferguson Construction seeks an experienced carpentry supervisor to direct crews and ensure projects meet specifications and schedules. You will plan procedures from plans, order tools, coordinate with subcontractors, and resolve on-site issues with supervisors and inspectors.
You will oversee installation of doors, frames, hardware, millwork, drywall, ceilings, and associated maintenance. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong problem-solving in a field environment.
