We are seeking a detail-oriented Boiler Operator to join a premier manufacturing team in Sidney, OH.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining high-pressure steam boilers and related mechanical systems. Your work will directly support facility operations, ensuring equipment safety, efficiency, and minimal downtime.

Competitive Pay: $30 - $40/hr based on experience

Shift Stability:
Set 12-hour schedules (Day or Night)

• Operate, monitor, and perform preventive maintenance on high-pressure steam boilers and HVAC/R systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using technical schematics and drawings.
• Perform mechanical repairs, pipe fitting, and light welding to replace worn components and optimize performance.
• Monitor building automation systems (BAS) and implement swift corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Maintain clear, accurate logs of boiler operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Working hours:

6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

• Hands-on welding and hydraulics experience.
• Prior experience as an industrial mechanic or field service technician.
• Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.

• High School

1-4 years

• Proven experience operating and maintaining high-pressure industrial boilers.
• Strong background in mechanical repairs, pipe fitting, and industrial maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and control diagrams.
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC/R equipment.
• Ability to work a 12-hour day or night shift.
