NKAT Local Class A CDL Drivers

Local Driver – Sidney, Ohio

Pay – $24.28 per hour with overtime pay for hours over 45.
Bonuses – Quality Bonus: $100 per month;
Safety Bonus: $130–$300 per month.

• Transport finished goods and raw materials to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers.
• Cover shipping lanes such as Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Comply with truck‑driving rules and regulations and company policies.
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
• Collect and verify delivery instructions.
• Report defects, accidents, or violations.

• Valid Class A CDL license – 2‑year experience required.
• Current D.O.T. physical and medical card.
• Proven truck‑driving experience with verifiable past records.
• Experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc.).
• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly.
• Knowledge of applicable truck‑driving rules and regulations.
• No recent moving or driving violations.
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather).
