Our client, a large and established organization, is seeking a Senior Payroll Tax Analyst / Payroll Supervisor to join their team. This role will support a complex, multi-entity payroll environment and is ideal for someone with deep payroll tax expertise and experience working for large organizations.

• Manage payroll tax filings and compliance activities across multiple entities
• Handle payroll tax audits, including state unemployment and agency inquiries
• Review and resolve payroll tax cases and notices
• Maintain payroll tax account registrations, IDs, and compliance records
• Support acquisition-related payroll tax setup and entity integrations
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting

• Required:
  
  Experience with Smart Compliance
• Experience working in a large, multi-entity organization
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, filings, audits, and compliance
• Experience with ADP Vantage preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Contract role with potential for long-term employment
• Opportunity to take ownership of responsibilities being transitioned from a retiring team member
• Target pay rate around $40-50/hour
