Service Coordinator

We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking, focused, and highly motivated Service Coordinator for Berg’s Heating and Air Conditioning. This position reports directly to our Interim General Manager and is a remote/hybrid position based in Sierra Vista, AZ.

• Provide top-notch customer service via email, phone, and text.
• Efficiently schedule technicians and manage invoices and MSAs.
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate customer database through Salesforce.
• Ensure clear communication with department managers, employees, and customers.
• Handle occasional assigned administrative duties.

• 2+ years of administrative experience.
• 1+ years of scheduling or dispatching experience.
• Advance customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks and follow through.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Success in working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Geographical knowledge of the service area.
