We are currently seeking experienced field leaders with extensive HVAC/mechanical and/or Plumbing knowledge to join our construction team. Our crews travel to project sites throughout the country with a large volume of our work in the southwestern United States. Much of our work is federal, so employees can earn prevailing wages based on location.
Responsibilities- Complete projects as assigned
- Lead and supervise crews by setting the example
- Direct work within Berg’s scope on assigned projects
- Communicate with crew members, office personnel, customers (ie. owners, general contractors), vendors, partners, and subcontractors
- Teach, coach, and mentor crew members
- Ensure the health and safety of each crew member
