Rutherford Diversified Industries, Inc. is a well-established, rapidly growing business currently seeking to fill the position of Experienced Underground Utility Superintendent
.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee, schedule, and coordinate all construction/development activities at the assigned project to completion in the most efficient manner possible, on time, and on budget.
• Ensure compliance from all Project Vendors.
• Schedule and monitor all testing and inspections.
• Properly document any failure in vendor performance or non-compliance with contract specifications or code compliance.
• Assist Project Manager in preparation of bid specifications.
• Enforce company and OSHA safety policies, conduct safety meetings, and ensure proper use of PPE.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of Construction Management experience.
• Familiar with all applicable construction practices & building codes, OSHA compliance requirements, and all other regulations and requirements from government agencies having jurisdiction over project activities.
