As a part-time Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) at Canyon Vista Medical Center in Sierra Vista, AZ

• Established practice with strong referral patterns and loyal patients
• Modern medical office located on the campus of Canyon Vista Medical Center
• Collaborative team including experienced OB/GYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and Women’s Health NPs
• Traditional OB/GYN mix:
  Approximately 75% Obstetrics / 25% Gynecology
• Robust support system:
  Full clinical and administrative support staff
• Integrated EMRs:
  Athena in clinic, Cerner in hospital
• Advanced technology:
  Da Vinci Surgical Robot & brand-new ultrasound equipment

• Part-Time
  
  Schedule:
  
  7 – 10 days per month (other flexible scheduling options available)
• OR time:
  Block scheduling, with the option for additional cases

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• New graduates encouraged to apply – mentorship available
• Spanish-speaking candidates highly desirable
• J-1 Visa sponsorship available
• Skilled in a full spectrum of OB/GYN procedures, including:
  • Cesarean sections
  • Hysterectomies (including robotic assisted)
  • Laparoscopy
  • D&Cs
  • Ablations
  • Fibroid resections
  • Pelvic floor repairs

• Approximately 700 babies are delivered each year.
• 7 Labor & Delivery Rooms, 14 Post
  - Partum Rooms, and 8 observation beds
• Level I Nursery and has Neonatal Nurse Practitioner on-site coverage 24/7/365.
• CVMC is also a Pink Ribbon Facility for Breast Health Excellence featuring a 3D Mammography system.
• RNs hold specialty certification in OB nursing; 100% fetal monitoring certification
