Foreign Disclosure Representative

This position is 100% deployed to Kuwait City.

The Foreign Disclosure Representative (FDR) will support U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) and its associated operations by assisting in the oversight and implementation of foreign disclosure programs in the CENTCOM area of responsibility. The role involves managing the release of Classified Military Information (CMI), applying proper security markings, and providing guidance on foreign disclosure policies to subordinate commands and program staff. The FDR will track and report on disclosure activities, compiling metrics such as document processing levels and recipients.

Additionally, the FDR will assist with developing training materials for foreign disclosure personnel and provide weekly activity reports.

This mission is designed to provide the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) and its subordinate units and tasks forces with intelligence, security operations and all‑source and identity intelligence, biometric‑related analysis and production supporting tasks in the CENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR). Additional support may be provided to Combined Task Force Operation INHERENT RESOLVE (CJTF‑OIR), Operation Spartan Shield (OSS), the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) and Air Force Central (AFCENT) Combined Air Operations Command.

• Assisting customer FDO with oversight and implementation of foreign disclosure programs within the program’s HQs and subordinate units in theater
• Assisting the customer FDO with the release of Classified Military Information (CMI)
• Applying the proper Release/Security & Classification Markings on all disclosures or releases
• Providing assistance to all FDR's (Foreign Disclosure Representatives), and program staff when questions arise pertaining to Foreign Disclosure
• Assisting subordinate commands and/or staff personnel with Guidance on Foreign Disclosure policies and procedures
• Compiling metrics to include how many documents have been processed, at what classification level and to whom they have been pushed to
• Assisting FDO with the development of periodic FDR training materials
• Providing an activity report rolling up all weekly activities

• 2+ years of Foreign Disclosure experience
• Associate degree OR four additional years of direct relevant intelligence, security or FDO experience
• Completion of DIA DIE FDO Course (Tampa) and USCENTCOM FDO training IAW USCENTCOM REGULATION 380-5
• Ability to work Independently with or without Supervision, willing to deploy, work extended hours in a high OPSTEMPO
• Familiarity with USCENTCOM’s Area of Operation
• Thorough knowledge of National Disclosure Policy
• Ability to conduct policy research on US classified systems
• Customer‑orientated attitude
• Previous experience as an Intelligence and/or Security Analyst
• Thorough knowledge of Records of Action
