RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn and assist with Service Now workflows, including ticket handling, task tracking, and process documentation.

• Gain hands-on exposure to enterprise Microsoft 365 environments and how they are managed at scale.

• Support endpoint management activities, including device compliance and basic troubleshooting.

• Develop an understanding of how IT operations support cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance requirements.

• Learn foundational concepts around capacity planning, demand forecasting, and service delivery metrics used in IT operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a current college student; preference given to juniors and seniors

• Helpdesk/IT Operations

Our IT team is specifically seeking upcoming graduates that have the ability to obtain a Security Clearance. All interns must be within local commuting distance to Reston, VA and be available for at least 10 weeks.
