RN is responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and guides both patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Must be able to float to at least three of the following units: ICU, Emergency, PCU, Acute Care, Women and Children Services, Observation, or Behavioral Health.

Night Shift Position

• Education:
  
  Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience:
  
  1–2 years minimum bedside RN experience required; 2–4 years critical care experience preferred.
• License:
  Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Certifications:
  
  BCLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred;
  Handle with Care preferred.
• Ability to complete the Skills Compet Checklist within 90 days of hire.
