Registered Nurse (RN) New Grad Med Surg

Job Type: Full-Time | Days

Schedule: 3x12 Hour Shifts

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 bonus for qualified Med Surg applicants

• Work under the direction of an approved RN.
• Perform basic data collection and documentation of client progress in the medical record; observe, perform, and document approved nursing procedures in the medical record including administration of oxygen, attending to client comfort needs, and performing specific duties related to the assigned nursing unit as delegated by the RN.
• May perform activities of daily living and vital signs duties independently.

• Student who will complete an accredited nursing program by May 2026 and is waiting to take the NCLEX exam.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Expected to pass the NCLEX within six months after hire.
• Must obtain CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Physical requirements:
  
  frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements.
