Haven Health Group in Sierra Vista, Arizona, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality, holistic nursing care under the direction of the Director of Nursing. The LPN will lead and direct both licensed and non-professional staff in delivering direct resident care and support functions. Candidates must have an active LPN license, CPR certification, and be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
