Schedule / Hours- Shift: 7p-7a (12-hour nights)
- Weekly Guaranteed
Hours:
36 - Rotating schedule with 4 weekend shifts every 4 weeks
- No call requirements
- Active RN license required
- Current ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of ER experience preferred
- Trauma and pediatric ER experience highly valued
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and resilience
- Provide expert emergency nursing care to a varied mix of trauma, cardiac, neurologic, GI, psychiatric, and pediatric patients
- Efficiently manage patient loads (ratios: 4:1 for pod patients, 2:1 critical, 6:1 fast track)
- Document accurately using Cerner EHR
- Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with providers and colleagues
- Uphold professional dress standards (scrubs in any color/print)
