Job Overview

Travel Nurse RN – Med Surg / Telemetry – Sierra Vista, Arizona (Canyon Vista Medical Center). 13‑week assignment, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts.

• Provide nursing care to adult, geriatric, and occasional pediatric patients.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient care.
• Monitor telemetry and support surgical nursing duties.
• Assist with patient transfers and inpatient holds.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Work 3×12 hour shifts (7 a.m.–7 p.m. / 7 p.m.–7 a.m.) and occasionally on weekends.
• Call when down staffed or on call as required.

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• Certified in ACLS and BLS (PALs for core staff).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; travel nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in medical/surgical, telemetry, or acute care units.
• Ability to care for geriatric and adult patients; occasional pediatric care acceptable.
