Job Title & Location
Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract RN (Med‑Surg) for an inpatient unit in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

Duration13 weeks, 36 hours per week (12‑hour night shifts)
Shift12‑hour night shifts
Employment TypeLocal contract
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to inpatient medical‑surgical patients admitted directly or post‑surgery.
- Care for patients transferred from ICU when critical care is no longer required but ongoing nursing is needed.
- Attend patient rounds, administer medications, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience or willingness to work in a medical‑surgical inpatient unit.
- Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts.
- $600 travel bonus.
- Day 1 health insurance with United Healthcare.
- Paid time off (PTO) plan—accumulate on day 1, use during contract or cash out at end of assignment.
- Guaranteed stipend if the facility cancels the assignment.
- Extra hourly bonus for working additional hours beyond the weekly contract.
- Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
- Guaranteed hours; benefits start day 1.
