Canyon Vista Medical Center in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Acute Rehab on a part-time, PRN basis. You will join an interdisciplinary team delivering goal-driven care on a 12-hour shift schedule (6:45am-7:00pm or 6:45pm-7:00am) to support patient independence and quality of life.
Candidates must hold an active AZ or compact LPN/LVN license and an associate degree in nursing; BLS is required. 1–2 years of experience is preferred.
