Hello RNs! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a School-Based Registered Nurse for the  school year in the Sierra Vista, AZ area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

• Assess, evaluate, and monitor student health needs.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, district policy, and state regulations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs), Emergency Action Plans (EAPs), and health-related accommodations.
• Manage and monitor students with chronic health conditions such as asthma, diabetes, seizure disorders, severe allergies, and other medical needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student health records.
• Serve as a liaison between families, healthcare providers, school staff, and community agencies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
  
  Minimum of two (2) years of professional nursing experience preferred.
