Hiring immediately for Retail Sales Associates / Retail Customer Service!

• Start as a Trainee in a 5‑week paid training program and earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion.
• Advance through the Pawnbroker Certification Program and earn an additional $1 per hour.
• Progress to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Manager) and then to Store Manager in Training, which includes a 12‑week training program.

• Greet customers and provide courteous, respectful service.

• Perform opening and closing store duties.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Passable criminal background check and drug test.
• Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
