* Position Overview:

** As a Field Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the face of ALLO in the community. This field-based role combines in-person sales execution, marketing activation, and market intelligence to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition. You’ll engage directly with potential customers, collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams, and represent ALLO’s values while delivering exceptional customer experience.

* ** Drive Revenue Through Field Marketing:
** Actively engage potential customers in the field to generate leads, convert opportunities, and deliver measurable sales results and return on investment.
* ** Build Rapport & Influence Decisions:
** Quickly establish trust with prospects by uncovering their needs and positioning ALLO’s services as the best solution in the market.
* ** Demonstrate Value:
** Leverage ALLO’s training, tools, and marketing resources to deliver compelling product demonstrations that highlight service quality, reliability, and long-term value.
* ** Close Sales in the Field:
** Lead confident, consultative sales conversations and close new customers on the spot, using each win as momentum to consistently exceed targets.
* ** Execute Field Marketing Campaigns:
** Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing initiatives, events, and promotions designed to support sales goals and increase brand awareness.
* ** Collaborate Closely with Sales & Marketing:
** Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging, share field insights, and optimize campaign performance and customer acquisition strategies.
