rise provides services for people with disabilities, including residential settings, day programs, employment assistance, managed care, and hourly supports.

direct support professionals assist people with daily living, hygiene, meal preparation, mobility, and behavioral supports. Positions are available in residential homes, day programs, and community or private home settings.

• desire and interest in working with people with disabilities or special needs, and respect for cultural differences.
• at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• verbal and written communication skills adequate for the specific job.
• ability to pass a background check with the arizona central registry, arizona adult protective services, and obtain level one fingerprint clearance.
• given linguistic requests, other language abilities (other than english) may be required.
• reliable transportation to the work site and for transporting people, if applicable.
• access to a telephone.
• ability to meet minimum training requirements and complete renewals as assigned.
• if required to drive an approved rise vehicle, must be 21+ and pass a drug test, maintain a valid driver's license, and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• if a personal vehicle is used for transporting people, must provide current auto insurance that meets minimum rise insurance policy requirements.
