Sales and Solutions Specialist

We’re looking for a warm, confident, people‑focused Sales & Solutions Specialist who enjoys connecting with customers, recommending helpful services, and driving strong sales results. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and motivated to help customers while contributing to store revenue through effective upselling and solution‑based selling.

• Create a welcoming, positive experience for every customer
• Identify customer needs and confidently recommend the best products and services
• Upsell and cross‑sell printing, shipping, mailbox, and retail services
• Build rapport and encourage repeat business through exceptional service
• Support customers with print projects, packaging, and shipping solutions
• Work collaboratively to meet daily sales goals and deliver fast, friendly service

• Sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable recommending products, upselling, and closing sales
• POS and basic transaction experience helpful
• Ability to stay positive and solution‑focused in a fast‑paced setting
• Print experience is a plus (training provided)
