We are looking for a Customer Care Consultant
- Toll Services (all genders) on a fixed-term contract for 1 year in full-time in our Toll Operations division in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt at the earliest possible date.
Your tasks:
- You advise customers on tolls in Europe and their billing options and clarify registration and billing details with customers, suppliers, and partners
- You carry out orders, registration processes, as well as complaints and returns handling
- You define and coordinate toll processes of existing and new toll systems
- You work closely with all involved cooperation partners and suppliers along the entire value chain
- You create and update process documentation
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable degree
- Ideally industry experience in the toll, transport, and logistics sector and several years of professional experience in customer service or in toll services
- Strong service mentality and solution- and customer-oriented action
- Very good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Very good German and English skills in speech and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage
