Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Job Duties
  • Scheduling Staff with Individuals
  • Scheduling Staff and communicating with staff about upcoming appointments for individuals
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding shifts, call in's, picking up shifts and transfer calls to other appropriate office staff
  • Communicating schedule changes with staff
  • Verifying scheduling book and ADP match
  • Making sure monthly service verifications match schedules
  • Deactivating associates in Therap
  • Schedules are updated in ADP
  • Calling staff to fulfill shifts as needed
  • Keeping up with call-ins and pointing accordingly
  • Carrying out write‑ups in accordance with our policies
  • Any other activities that are deemed necessary for the position.

    - Working hours in the office is Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm
  • Rotate on Call, answering and fulfilling shifts after hours. You must be able to work all shifts as needed while on on‑call.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a scheduler or in a related role (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage schedules and appointments
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with Staff and individuals
  • Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle call volumes in a professional manner
