Position Details
:
Lead RD will oversee clinical services at an acute care facility with an average census of 60. The Lead RD will manage a part‑time RD and a PRN RD. Facility units include ICU, Inpatient Rehab, Med‑Surg, Telemetry, Geriatric Psych, Adolescent Psych, and OB/PEDS. NFPEs are performed on all patients at risk for malnutrition. TPNs are managed by a dietitian (~1‑2 TPN per month).

Weekend coverage rotates between this position, a part‑time RD, and a PRN dietitian and is typically balanced.

Salary
: $68,000‑$78,000

Job Summary

We’re seeking an Advanced Practice Dietitian to provide evidence‑based nutrition care, serve as a clinical leader within the healthcare team, and promote positive patient outcomes through innovation and expertise.

  • Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
  • Education: Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long‑term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
  • Evidence‑Based Practice: Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high‑quality, consistent care
