Provides patient care services via Diagnostic radiology exams/procedures utilizing Radiograph Equipment as prescribed by physicians. Applies principles of radiation protection. Provides patient care essential to Diagnostic Radiology procedures.

  Full Time (80 hours per 2 week pay period, with benefits)
• Typical hours for this position:
  Tuesday‑Friday 8:00 am‑7:00 pm

Education

• Graduate of an AMA accredited radiologic technology program or experience commensurate with education.

Certification & Licensures

• Registered as a radiology technologist through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• BLS Certification

Experience

• Competency in the science and art of radiologic technology.
• Proficient in medical terminology and proper use of radiologic equipment.

Education

• Graduate of an AMA accredited radiologic technology program, experience commensurate with education, or currently enrolled in a radiology tech program – required

Certification & Licensures

• BLS certified.

Experience

• Familiar with radiologic equipment and experience working in a clinic setting.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public.
• Ability to maintain quality control standards and react calmly and effectively in an emergency situation. Able to communicate clearly, as well as understanding and responding to detailed oral and written instructions.
