Adhere to health and safety policies and wear required PPE in warehouse or production areas;
Acquire in-depth operational knowledge of the assigned line’s equipment and related ancillary equipment;
Monitor production line for defects and identify raw material issues impacting quality, efficiency, or waste;
Perform changeovers per SOPs reading imperial and metric measurements, ensuring correct settings and parts and no mechanical defects;
Record necessary information for production and quality records and maintain downtime documentation;
Assist in training new employees and perform minor machine maintenance and daily/weekly preventive maintenance
