Food Batchmaker

Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Batch Blend to join their team. As a Batch Blend, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Batch Blend

Location: Sikeston, MO

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: Nights/12 hours

What's the Job?

• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met according to corporate, customer, and regulatory guidelines.
• Operate batching and blending equipment safely and efficiently, following training and certification protocols.
• Transport ingredients using forklifts, verify ingredients against SAP and inventory controls, and program bulk ingredient delivery systems.
• Record accurate data during batching processes, obtain samples for quality testing, and maintain sanitation of work areas.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and adhere to safety standards.
• Must pass a drug test and background check as part of the onboarding process.
