Machine Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the industrial department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Sikeston, MO

Pay Range: $26.09

Shift: Candidates will be trained on day shifts and then moved to 2nd or 3rd shifts. Availability for any shift is required.

• Hand pack or package a wide variety of products and materials

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

• Operate packaging equipment efficiently and accurately

• Assist in quality control checks as needed

• Support team members to meet production goals

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

• High School diploma or GED required

• Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and safety equipment requirements

• Steel-toed footwear is mandatory for safety

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
