Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Missouri seeks an LPN to provide skilled hospice care in patients’ homes, nursing facilities, and other private settings, following physician orders and CMS rules.
You will perform nursing observations, participate in IDG meetings, manage on-call rotations, maintain EMR notes, reconcile medications weekly, and support the R.N. and hospice team in delivering compassionate end-of-life care.
