Online Order Filling associates are responsible for locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to accurately complete online orders. They make appropriate product substitutions, consult with customers as needed, and dispense finished orders while maintaining a fast‑paced environment across all departments.

• Locate and prepare all items for online orders while ensuring accuracy.
• Make substitutions and provide customer service, including answering questions and engaging in conversation during dispensing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Manage competing priorities, such as assisting in‑store customers during peak times.
• Track time and inventory to support demand for seasonal and holiday periods.
• Follow all workplace safety and Walmart policies, including the drug‑free workplace policy.

• Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile.
• Help customers find the products they are looking for.
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
• Keep your area stocked, clean, and safe.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour for specific schedule, season, or work performed.
