Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, managing visitor entry and/or exit, and supporting security-related policies at a logistics and distribution location.;
Monitor entry points, screen deliveries and pickups, maintain required logs and documentation, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or operational concerns to site leadership.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and assist with emergency response activities in accordance with site instructions.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, dock doors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.; (Additional duties as needed may include assisting employees and visitors and delivering strong customer service)
