What You’ll Do:

  • Assist the Program Administrator in overseeing daily program operations and implementation of program plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Support compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and agency policies.
  • Conduct audits of ISPs, utilization reviews, case notes, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timelines.
  • Assist with pre‑survey reviews and corrective action efforts to maintain audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with Program Managers to support staff and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Provide training and ongoing guidance to staff related to person‑centered planning and service coordination.
  • Assist in monitoring services provided to ensure quality, effectiveness, and alignment with client needs.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and program coordination activities.
  • Assist in collecting, tracking, and analyzing program data; prepare reports as required.
  • Support budget monitoring and expenditure tracking in alignment with program allocations.
  • Collaborate with community partners, providers, and stakeholders to support program success.
  • As needed, manage a limited caseload of clients.
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and other agency activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to Program Managers, Support Coordinators, and program staff.
  • Assist with staff onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Support oversight of staff productivity, service hour standards, and compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

All you need for success:

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work (BSW), Human Services, or equivalent human services degree; OR
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in case management or human services.
  • This position requires a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Developmental Disabilities or Targeted Case Management.
  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or program coordination.
  • Supervisory or leadership support experience.

An equivalent combination or relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
