Accounts Officer

You’ll take ownership of our complete AR and AP processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and clean financial records. Working closely with our finance team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting our financial operations from transaction to reconciliation.

• Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and manage collections professionally.
• Monitor incoming payments and allocate them correctly to customer accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Maintain updated records of all receivables and payables.
• Reconcile accounts monthly and assist with financial close activities.
• Prepare regular reports on cash flow, aging, and payment status.
• Support audits with relevant documentation and transaction histories.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Xero, Sage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office tools.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Familiarity with ERP systems or CRM-integrated finance workflows.
• Understanding of basic financial controls and audit preparation.
• Experience with collections and vendor relationship management.
