So that you can be a part of our team from day one, we prioritise a comprehensive and personal on-boarding process which will start after you have signed your employment contract.

On your first day at work, you will receive a welcome package from us containing information about our company and the next steps. You will learn everything about our corporate culture, our business areas and much more.

From the first day, you will have a personal contact person who will provide support during the on-boarding process. Introductory meetings with your direct line managers and new team members will help you to integrate quickly and make interesting contacts.

For the most part, you can be responsible for structuring your own working hours with us. Our trust-based working hours give you room for individually allocating your time, irrespective of whether you work part-time or full-time.

30 days’ leave
