We are now looking for an experienced Creative Designer to join our journey and shape the next generation of immersive exhibitions and environments.

As a Creative Designer, you'll play a central role in turning ideas into concepts and physical experiences that captivate, inform, and inspire. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with our Exhibition, Events and Business Development teams to deliver cutting‑edge exhibition stands and bespoke brand environments.

• Designing innovative, functional, and visually striking exhibition stands (from 18sqm to 1000sqm+)
• Leading creative concept development
  , including storytelling, zoning, space planning, material selection, and experiential flow.
• Translating briefs into impactful 3D designs using tools like 3ds Max, Sketch Up, V‑Ray, AutoCAD, Adobe CC
• Collaborating with Project Managers, Estimators, and Production to ensure feasibility and excellence in execution
• Staying ahead of global design trends
  , materials, and technologies to push creative boundaries
• Leading client‑facing creative presentations and adapting designs based on feedback
• Actively contributing to Electra’s creative culture

• 5+ years of experience in exhibition or experiential design, preferably in an agency or live event environment
• Proven portfolio of exhibition stands, pavilions, or immersive brand spaces
• Strong conceptual and spatial design skills
• Advanced proficiency in 3D and rendering software (
  3ds Max, V‑Ray, Sketch Up, Rhinoceros 3D, Enscape, D5 Render, AutoCAD, Adobe:
  Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Midjourney and any other AI‑powered design software.)
• A keen eye for detail, balance, and proportion
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects with tight timelines
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. (Arabic or French is a plus)
• Passionate, collaborative, and endlessly curious

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

• Stress management – Being able to stay healthy, calm, and balanced in any challenging situations.

• You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company.
• You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company.
• You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations.
• You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others.
